Paul A. Cerrone, C.P.A., M.S.T., C.V.A.
is the principal in the Firm. Paul graduated from Nichols
College , Dudley MA, in May 1980 with a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Business Administration, specializing
in accounting. Became a Certified Public Accountant
on July 1, 1983, and obtained his Masters degree in
Taxation from Bentley College , Waltham MA, on March
11, 1989. Paul began his career in 1980 working at several
local accounting firms before starting his own office
on November 1, 1991.
Paul became a Certified Valuation Analyst on January
16, 2006 to service the valuation needs of our clients
and other business in the community.
Paul also recently completed the training and received
the designation of ADP Certified CPA, to assist the Dealers
and controllers in the automotive niche that Paul has
developed and serviced since 1983.

Nilufer Usta, C.P.A., M.B.A., C.V.A.
began her employment with Paul A. Cerrone, CPA on August
19, 2001. Nilufer graduated from Middle East Technical University,
Ankara, Turkey with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
Nilufer then came to the U.S. and obtained her Masters in
Business Administration degree with concentrations in Accounting
and Finance from Clark University, Worcester, MA, December
2000.
Nilufer obtained her Certified Public Accountant designation
on October 16, 2003, and also became a Certified Valuation
Analyst on March 13, 2006.
Nilufer completed the training and received the designation
of ADP Certified CPA, to assist the Dealers and controllers
in the automotive niche serviced by the firm.

Lynn Restuccia is a graduate of Framingham
State College, Framingham MA, with a Bachelors of Science
degree in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science. Lynn
began her employment with Paul A Cerrone CPA in December
of 1993 as an Administrative Assistant. She later expanded
into performing bookkeeping for clients, and took responsibility
for the payroll services offered by the firm. Lynn continuously
took on more accounting functions, and in January, 2004
Lynn advanced to a full time accounting position.

Megan Marrone is a 2003 graduate of
Fitchburg State College, Fitchburg, MA with a Bachelors
of Science degree in Accounting. Megan is currently working
towards, achieving the 150 credit hours now required to
take the CPA exam, and her Masters degree in Business
Administration at the University of Phoenix, Westborough
Campus. Megan began her accounting career in August 2003
at a local Leominster CPA firm before joining the team
at Paul A Cerrone CPA in August of 2004.

Debra Buxton holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business Administration from Nichols College,
Dudley Massachusetts. Debra started her career as a Credit
Analyst and Commercial Loan Officer for seven years for
Shawmut Bank, She then moved into Real Estate as a licensed
Real Estate Appraiser, after which, Debra was employed for
six years as an Administrative Assistant for the Town of
Boylston before beginning her employment at Paul A Cerrone
CPA in January, 2004.
